We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your dog's neck and chest girth with a soft tape measure, allowing for a two-finger gap for comfort. If your dog is between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that items covered in pet hair or showing signs of outdoor wear cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Are your harnesses and leashes chew-proof?
While our gear is made from heavy-duty, climbing-grade materials designed for rugged outdoor use, no fabric or webbing is 100% chew-proof. We recommend supervising your dog while they are wearing our gear and inspecting it regularly for signs of wear.

How should I clean my Wilderdog gear?
For best results, hand wash your leashes and harnesses in warm water with mild soap and hang to air dry. Avoid machine washing or drying, as the high heat and agitation can damage the integrity of the hardware and reflective stitching.
